Project Overview: Located in the site of the former Shanbei Middle School in Liangxi District, on the north side of Sheng’an Road and west side of Shimen Road, this project covers a total construction land area of 20,588 square meters, designated for primary school use. The project developer is Wuxi Wuai Primary School. The total building area is approximately 22,000 square meters, of which about 14,000 square meters are above ground, with a plot ratio of around 0.7. PE water supply pipes and PE drainage pipes required for the renovation, ranging in diameter from DN200 to DN400, are supplied by Jiangsu Zhongtong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.
